01
How AI can help
The useful role of AI is to reduce planning friction without taking away your agency.
PrimeFormAI can use goals, schedule, equipment, workout feedback, nutrition preferences and recovery context that you choose to share.
That context can support tasks such as shortening a session, offering an equipment swap, adjusting training volume or suggesting a practical meal alternative. A meaningful change should explain what it preserves, what it changes and which input mattered.
- Use only context relevant to the feature in front of you.
- Show important assumptions and missing information.
- Keep the broader goal stable when a smaller adjustment is enough.
02
Your decision stays yours
Personalisation should increase control, not hide decisions behind an opaque score.
You should be able to keep the original plan, choose another option, edit a suggestion or undo a change. Stated preferences should remain in place until you decide to change them.
PrimeFormAI should distinguish information you entered, estimates received from a device and suggestions generated by the system.
- Review, reject, replace or manually adjust a recommendation.
- See which input influenced a meaningful change.
- Report guidance that feels wrong, unsafe or irrelevant.
03
What AI cannot know
A personalised interface does not mean a system understands your body or circumstances completely.
AI can miss context, misunderstand an instruction, overgeneralise or suggest something impractical. Quality can vary across languages, cultures, equipment conventions, dietary patterns and less common training situations.
A confident tone does not make an answer accurate. Recent feedback also does not guarantee that every older assumption has been corrected.
Always use your own judgement about whether a workout, movement or nutrition suggestion is appropriate for you.
04
Fitness and health boundaries
General fitness guidance is different from medical or clinical care.
PrimeFormAI should not diagnose an injury or condition, prescribe treatment, interpret a medical test or claim to replace a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or other qualified professional.
Calorie, sleep, readiness and progress values should be treated as estimates when their basis is uncertain. No generated suggestion can guarantee weight, strength, recovery, performance or health outcomes.
- Move beyond automated guidance when a question needs individual clinical assessment.
- Do not encourage unsafe progression, extreme restriction or punishment exercise.
- Make allergies, pain and other important constraints explicit rather than inferred.
05
Data and accountability
You should know which services shape a suggestion and how your information is handled.
When AI features are available, PrimeFormAI will identify the information used, the material providers involved, the purpose, retention, model-improvement position and controls available to you.
The service will provide a route to report a disputed or harmful output. Significant changes to providers, data use or automated behaviour should be reflected in this page and the privacy information.
